Mudarabah Term Deposit Account (MTD)

Mudarabah Term Deposit Account may be a stair of financial strength in future. The depositor gets attractive profit in this account. If the balance amount is not withdrawn on maturity the account is renewed automatically.

Salient Features:

• Minimum deposit: Tk. 50,000/-
• Tenure: 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, 13, 15, 25 & 36 months.
• Quard/Withdrawal facility maximum 90% of deposited amount.

Required Documents to open the Account:

• Photocopy of National ID/Passport or Birth Registration Certificate with any valid photo ID.
• One copy of passport size recent photocopy of account holder duly attested by the introducer.
• Photograph of the nominee(s), if any, duly attested by the account holder.
• Account Opening Form duly filled in.
• Any other document required by the institution from time to time.

Additional Documents:

For limited company:

• Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
• Registered Partnership Deed/duly Notarized Partnership Deed (in case of unregistered firm).
• Minutes of the committee meetings for opening account with National Housing Finance PLC-Islamic Wing duly certified by the Secretary and Chairman of the firm.
• Copy of laws and by laws duly attested by proper authority.
• A copy of the resolution of the committee authorizing specific signatories to operate the account.
• Certificate of Registration.

For Proprietorship concern:

• Trade License.
• e-TIN certificate.
